The Founder
Hi, I’m Pallavi — founder of Open Range Pilates.
A few years ago, I walked into a Pilates studio as a client, not realising it would quietly change the direction of my life. Not long after, I moved through a challenging period with endometriosis and PCOS, and Pilates became something I could return to both when I needed support, and when I didn’t yet realise I did.
What began as movement became something deeper, a curiosity about how the body works. How strength is built, how control is developed, and how movement can support recovery, not just performance.
Today, my work is grounded in both clinical training and lived experience.
I created Open Range Pilates to offer a more considered approach, one that is calm, intentional, and highly personalised. A space where you are not rushed or overlooked, but guided with precision and care.
Because no two bodies are the same and your training shouldn’t be either.
Every session is shaped around how you move, what your body needs, and how you progress. This means adjusting, refining, and at times reworking the approach entirely so it works for you, not the other way around.
