About
Meet Pallavi
Founder of Open Range Pilates, qualified instructor, and the person who will make sure every session is built around you.

Because no two bodies are the same
Pallavi founded Open Range Pilates on a belief that has guided every session since day one: your body deserves an approach designed for it, not the other way around.
Her relationship with movement began early. From the age of 12, she was drawn to mat Pilates and yoga, long before she knew it would one day become part of her work. Movement was always there in the background, quietly shaping how she understood strength, discipline and connection to the body.
Several years ago, Pallavi found her way back to Pilates, not knowing it would quietly change the direction of her life. Soon after, she went through a difficult period with endometriosis and PCOS.
Pilates met her exactly where she was: on the days she needed it most, and even on the days she did not realise she did.
What started as a way to move her body became something much deeper: a curiosity for how the body works. Strength, control, rehabilitation, compensation patterns, breath, alignment and intentional movement. Her own experience of navigating pain, recovery and reconnection continues to shape the way she teaches today.
For Pallavi, Pilates is not about forcing the body into a shape. It is about helping people build trust, strength and connection from the inside out.

The ORP method
Four principles. One body: yours
The Open Range Pilates method is built around four guiding principles. You don't need to memorise them, that is Pallavi's job. You just show up and move.
This method is not a formula. It is a framework that adapts to the person in front of her. Every session is shaped by your body, your goals, your history, your starting point and how you feel on the day.
This is just the beginning.
